Small lead soldiers collected over ten years. The soldiers are old and new, hand-painted and unpainted. They are mostly in the traditional uniform of armies of the west, but there are some medieval characters and some science fiction fighters. There are also a number of war animals. Many soldiers and animals are deployed in grid formation, but many are also strewn about, some missing limbs, heads and so on. 
Two types of sand, glue, meranti frame.
